The brand new Radisson Blu situated on the corner of the Royal Mile and George IV Bridge in Edinburgh is offering a three course ‘brunch’ alongside a bottomless glass of prosecco.
For just £35 per head, you can indulge in the biggest, best, and boozy brunch from 12.30pm to 3pm on Sundays. And trust me – you’re going to want to take me up on this.
When I was invited to pop along to the Cucina Restaurant at the Radisson Collection last Sunday and try out the fab new menu, I jumped at the chance. I mean is there a better way to numb those Sunday dreads? I think not!
So, after helping myself to a plate of smoked salmon, an assortment of salads, and a few slabs of bread, I chose the fishcake topped with a poached egg for the main affair. To finish, I kept things light with a fruit salad and sorbet, but if you feel like doing it properly there’s sticky toffee pudding to be had.
As well as the amazing food (and more importantly, prosecco) being served, the interior is stunning and the staff are very accommodating. A great experience all round, and probably the best brunch you’ll find in town!
